What you'll be doing: Develop and deliver a UK growth and sales strategy aligned with wider international objectives Lead, mentor and develop a small, high-impact sales team Own and grow major national accounts, negotiating commercial agreements and long-term partnerships Strengthen and expand distributor and partner networks through structured programmes and performance management Work cross-functionally with marketing, service and operations to deliver cohesive customer solutions Provide accurate forecasting, commercial insight and performance reporting A competitive basic salary is on offer for the role alongside bonus and company car.
