As our Food & Beverage Product Development Manager, you will collaborate closely with suppliers and various departments to spearhead the innovation and development of our Food and Beverage offerings within our clubs. Your mission? To enhance member retention by crafting an exciting, innovative, and healthy range of quality food and beverage products, all while delivering a premium experience through comprehensive training and a deep understanding of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead product development and innovation for our Food and Beverage offerings.
* Drive member retention through exciting and healthy product ranges.
* Deliver training to club teams, ensuring they are equipped with the latest industry knowledge.
* Conduct consumer trials and manage ad hoc projects.
Working Conditions:
This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with travel to clubs across the UK and occasionally Europe. Please note that some evening and weekend work will be required for training sessions and project delivery.

About You:
* A degree in Food Product Development, City & Guilds Level 3, or equivalent experience in a similar role or branded casual dining.
* Food Safety Level 3 & Advanced Food Allergen qualification is desirable.
* Familiarity with menu costing and nutritional software packages.
* Experience in writing training manuals and templates.
