Hours: 07:30am - 05:00pm - flexibility required to suit the needs of the business
Salary: £DOE
Contract Type: Full time, Temp to Perm, however a straight permanent role could be offered to the ideal candidate.
Our client based in Sawston, Cambridgeshire is seeking a Line Leader
As Line Leader your duties will include:
* Motivating and leading a team effectively to achieve targets
* Basic machine maintenance as required
* Building knowledge of production processes and equipment
* Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
An ideal candidate for the Line Leader will have:
* Basic mechanical knowledge or previous training in equipment operation
* Health & Safety awareness
* Team player mentality.
