Pay: £90.00–£110.00 per day (dependent on experience)
A brilliant opportunity has opened up across schools in the Hertfordshire region for dedicated and experienced SEN or General Teaching Assistants. This role is perfect for someone with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a classroom setting, looking to support pupils across EYFS to KS4 in either a general or SEN support capacity.

What We’re Looking For:

A Teaching Assistant with at least 1 year of experience in a school or education setting
*
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
*
A degree in a core subject (Maths, English, Science) is desirable but not essential
*
A calm, flexible, and proactive approach to classroom support
*
Experience working with children with SEN, SEMH, or behavioural needs is a plus
*
Someone confident supporting across all age groups
*
DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
*
Right to work in the UK
Position Overview:

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Providing 1:1 and small group support

Assisting teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons

Helping implement behaviour and learning plans

Supporting pupils emotionally, socially and academically

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and wider school staff
