Overview
As a Graduate Software Developer, you'll work closely with Technical, Product, and Delivery Leads, as well as UX Designers, Testers, Data Analysts, and Developers at all levels. You'll be part of a highly collaborative team, taking part in pairing, code reviews, and regular stand-ups, all designed to help you learn, grow, and build confidence in your skills.
You'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of technologies, languages and methodologies, including Agile, XP, Scrum, Kanban, and Test-Driven Development (TDD). These interactions will give you a strong foundation for your career in software development, while being part of an environment that encourages learning and innovation.

Our Graduate programme is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge and experiences needed to really kick start your career. In this permanent role your journey starts in our academy foundation where alongside other graduates from across our communities, you will be learning about our company, culture, industry, customers, how we work, how you work and so much more. You will then focus on developing the knowledge and skills for your specific role, whilst working on practical projects with your cohort, supported by mentors, your dedicated line manager, your team as well as the Early Careers team.
