Founded in 1983, Harviestoun Brewery is an award‑winning independent Scottish brewery located at the foot of the Ochil Hills. Since our inception, we have remained a pioneer in the craft beer movement, focusing on producing the highest quality beer using local ingredients, pure Scottish water, and the finest global hops.
Our portfolio features several notable selections, including our most successful and long‑standing brew, Schiehallion lager, which is recognised across the UK for its exceptional performance. We are proud to have won numerous CAMRA and World Beer Awards, including Champion Beer of Britain.
Sustainability and local sourcing are core to our operations; approximately 80% of our malt comes from a farm within eight miles of the brewery, and our spent grain is repurposed as feed for local cattle.

Our primary focus for the next 12 months is to re‑engage with the on‑trade through our RTM partners and Field Sales, highlighting the quality of our beers, reinstating them as some of the best draught options in the on‑trade.
Role Overview:
A field‑based sales role focused on growing distribution and sales of Harviestoun Brewery across independent on‑trade venues.
This is a hands‑on, commercially focused sales role, responsible for building sales relationships with pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels winning new business, and working with our wholesalers to drive performance.
Location:
Field‑based but located in the London area.
Role Purpose:
To grow distribution, visibility, and rate of sale across independent on‑trade accounts (single sites & groups) by developing strong customer relationships, supporting our wholesale partners.
The role focuses on delivering growth in new business, building a strong local customer base, and supporting long‑term brand growth in the region to drive ROS and brand awareness.
About You:
* Passionate about beer, hospitality, and the on‑trade.
* Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or a customer‑facing role.
* Self‑motivated, organised, and happy working independently in the field.
* Strong relationship builder with confident communication skills.
* Commercially aware with a proactive attitude.
* Full UK driving licence required.
