Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Gosport for Shipwrights and Engineers. Responsibilities include performing yacht repairs, refits, and maintenance, including tasks such as boat building, laminating, varnishing, overheads and working with high-quality materials specific to the marine and yachting industry. Team members will collaborate to ensure the highest standard of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction while working on prestigious yachts.
Qualifications
* Experience in Boat Building and refit
* Familiarity with the Marine Industry and Yachting standards
* Skilled in handling materials and tools specific to yacht repairs and maintenance
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in marine engineering or related disciplines are beneficial
* Previous experience with luxury sailing vessels such as Oyster or Nautor’s Swan is a plus
