Sales Administrator
Start : Early January
Location: Filton
Pay: £12.91 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, alternating shifts (7:30am–4:00pm or 8:30am–5:00pm)
Contract: Ongoing Temporary (Potential for Permanent)
Are you an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail and strong Excel skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established business in Filton. This is a temporary ongoing position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and responding to emails in a busy inbox
* Creating and maintaining reports
* Processing customer orders and following up with suppliers for updates
* Coordinating goods in and out
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous administration experience is essential
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident with Microsoft Excel
* Organised, reliable, and proactive
* Candidates with an interest in Engineering would be beneficial
