Senior Residential Care Practitioner Location: Derby Salary: Starting from £37,158.58 (with potential increase after successful 6-month probation) Hours: 56.5 hours per week (inclusive of sleep-in shifts), 3-week rolling rota We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Residential Care Practitioner to join our therapeutic residential home in Derby, supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). About the Role: As a Senior Residential Care Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to young people, while leading and guiding a small staff team. This is a rewarding and dynamic position that involves direct care, team leadership, and contributing to the overall development of the home.
