The Company:
ER Recruitment is working with a leading organization respected in their industry. They are hiring a new Customer Success Manager to foster a customer-centric culture and elevate customer experience as a strategic priority. The role involves working closely with General Managers, Marketing, and Operations to align the customer proposition and related workstreams.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Business and Commercial Teams to set strategic direction and achieve organizational goals.
* Develop and refine customer experience transformation strategies aligned with company objectives.
* Identify, map, and evaluate customer journeys to uncover pain points and opportunities for improvement.
* Create transformation plans with clear goals, milestones, and initiatives to promote customer-centricity.
* Work with Change and Application Change Teams to champion customer experience initiatives, driving stakeholder engagement and managing change.
* Implement feedback mechanisms, analyze customer data, and report on experience metrics and KPIs.
* Partner with IT to identify and deploy technology solutions supporting customer experience.
* Build strong cross-departmental partnerships to ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Coordinate with Marketing and Internal Communications to develop consistent messaging.
* Respond to evolving customer demands with key stakeholders.
