Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing work
2. Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfer documents, and other legal paperwork
3. Carrying out searches and investigations on title
4. Managing client communications and updates throughout transactions
5. Maintaining accurate records and case management systems
About You
6. Previous experience as a paralegal, ideally within residential conveyancing
7. Excellent organisational and time-management skills
8. Strong written and verbal communication abilities
9. High attention to detail and accuracy
10. A proactive, client-focused approach
