Are you ready to make a real difference in someone’s life? Do you have the passion, dedication, and heart to support adults with learning disabilities and autism to live their best lives?

These roles are varied and require team members that can run activities that achieve meaningful outcomes to our customers, whether delivering an activity to a group or providing tailored 1:1 support to individuals. We are seeking people that will think outside the box to deliver outstanding support that delivers the very best level of service to our customers. We also run services for younger people that open on evenings and weekends and there will be a requirement for you to take your turn to support with these services. For 2026, the hub is looking to transform its physical appearance and diversify its offer so this is a very exciting time to join us.

🚀 Your Journey Starts Here:

We offer a 3-week induction with a dedicated buddy to support you from day one.. We believe in investing in our people. As part of your journey with us, you’ll be expected to complete the Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care during your probation period. We’ll support your development with dedicated study days and ongoing guidance to help you succeed.

Your start date will be confirmed after an enhanced DBS (which we pay for!) and recruitment checks.
