Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for creating unforgettable brand experiences? We're looking for a talented Marketing Events & Communications Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact business events from Innov8 regional shows and Golf Days to conferences and customer trade shows.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates with clarity and creativity, and is eager to make a measurable impact. While the position doesn't include direct line management, you'll play a key role in mentoring and supporting the development of our marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Event Management
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of business events, ensuring seamless execution and memorable experiences.
* Coordinate logistics, liaise with suppliers and venues, and provide on-site support.
* Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign activity linked to events.
* Measure event success through ROI tracking, attendee feedback, and performance reporting.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Marketing & Campaigns
* Support the Marketing Director in developing and executing B2B strategies that promote our business solutions.
* Contribute to campaign planning, asset creation, and initiatives that drive engagement.
* Use CRM systems to build workflows, analyse customer data, and demonstrate ROI.
* Embrace AI tools and emerging tech to enhance campaign performance and personalise communications.
Communications
* Craft compelling content and copy that supports company objectives and resonates with target audiences.
* Develop marketing collateral including invitations, presentations, case studies, newsletters, and post-event communications.
* Ensure brand consistency and adherence to tone and guidelines across all materials.
Analytics & Reporting
* Use analytics tools to monitor marketing performance and optimise ROI.
* Share insights with senior leadership and key internal stakeholders.
Team Support
* Mentor and support the marketing team, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Skills & Competencies
* Proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on event management and communications.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects.

* Full UK driving licence.

Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a B2B marketing or events role.
* Degree in Marketing, Business, Events Management, or related field (preferred).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (including SharePoint); experience with CRM and event management tools.
* Experience managing event budgets and working with external suppliers (advantageous).
* Familiarity with creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (advantageous).
