take ownership of 5 Automotive Manufacturing customers with tremendous growth potential. (The SD is handing them over)
Currently in need of day to day relationship management and business revenue account growth, site development and a face to face hands on approach.
A genuine engineering/manufacturing solution sales role in a driven SME (28Mil) Target growth by 2030 to £40million.
You must know your way round large production, manufacturing or workshop/engineering environments and hold your own within engineering and manufacturing clients.
Negotiable basic up to £65,000
base with
year 1 OTE/Bonus £15,000
+ company car, or car allowance to be tailored. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Manage and develop these automotive accounts across the UK.
This is a role within a 30mil SME no frills Engineering / Manufacturer – a solutions business – This is
not corporate.

The role and candidate profile:

 * The pro activity and relationship building skills sets are paramount.
 * This role is for a go getter. For someone who has a business development attitude and mentality.
 * You will manage and develop these existing accounts and try to bring on new accounts
 * Experience
 – ideally you will have developed manufacturing / engineering related accounts before and expanded the account spend and
 brought in new revenue
 * Experience –
 you will have a technical mindset or even skill set and be used to talking about Engineering / manufacturing solutions
 * Join a no frills, engineering / manufacturing solutions business. Stand-alone responsibility.
 * Report to a very motivated Sales Director who has been in the business and knows the accounts, for over 8 years.
 * Character – Strong, deal with tough engineer types. Thick skin. Hold your own
 * You will be a relationship building, opportunity hunting legend.
