We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Hunter) to drive sales growth in a dynamic and fast-moving sector. This role involves developing and executing strategies to expand revenue, identifying potential clients, and building relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
* Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve or exceed targets.
* Confidently engage in both warm and cold outreach, with a hunter mentality to open doors.
* Analyse industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to shape product development and sales initiatives.
* Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to expand market presence.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen engagement and brand recognition.
* Ensure compliance with company policies in line with ISO and regulatory standards.
* Accurately maintain sales records, opportunities, and pipeline in Salesforce.
