An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented property lawyer to join a highly successful and supportive conveyancing team in Bexleyheath. This firm is renowned for its commitment to excellence and its positive, collaborative working environment.
The Role:
You will manage a diverse and high-quality caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including:
* Freehold and Leasehold Sales & Purchases
* Re-mortgages
* Transfers of Equity
* Dealing with New Build transactions and Shared Ownership schemes (experience desirable).
* Using the firm's case management system and the Land Registry portal proficiently.
* Providing support and guidance to less experienced members of the team.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be:
* A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX Lawyer with proven experience in residential conveyancing.
* Experienced in managing a high-volume caseload with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
* IT literate with strong experience using a case management system.
* A diligent, conscientious, and client-focused professional.
* Able to remain calm under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and organise workload effectively.
* A team player with a cooperative and helpful attitude, willing to support colleagues.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (with a one-hour lunch break).
