Base pay range
Loughborough College Group is seeking a highly motivated, organised and dynamic Skills Bootcamp Lecturer to play a key role in the successful delivery of our Skills Bootcamp programmes.
Responsibilities
* Ensure an efficient operational environment while focusing on exceeding student and employer expectations.
* Collaborate closely with various departments to maintain high standards and service level agreements for delivery functions.
* Deliver inspiring teaching and learning to support all students in achieving high‑quality, challenging learning experiences.
* Maintain excellent communication with employers, staff and learners to achieve outstanding results.
* Deliver the Early Years Professional Skills Bootcamp – a free, practical short course that builds sector‑relevant skills and knowledge for career advancement in early years settings.
Qualifications & Experience
* Extensive knowledge and experience in Safeguarding.
* Strong commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
* Deep experience in Play and Child Development.
* Practical expertise in Paediatric First Aid (potentially leading to the mandatory First Aid Certificate for all EY employees).
* Proficiency in Observation and Assessment.
* Effective Partnership Working skills.
* Understanding of How Children Learn.
