We are looking for an Accounts Assistant with some experience to join our collaborative team. This role will assist with the day-to-day running of the finance operations primarily in the EAA (Europe, Africa & Asia Pacific) region of our global company.
Duties will include:
* Processing expense receipts, dealing with any queries and reviewing and releasing expense claims
* Processing credit card receipts and claims
* Collation and recording of supplier invoices into accounts package and dealing with any queries
* Assistance with reviewing project setups and rates applied within the accounts package
* Reviewing and releasing weekly timecards submitted by staff
* Credit Control
* Preparation of client invoices
* Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
* Assistance with preparation of audit information and liaison with local auditors
* Other general finance tasks as required
Required skills Essential
1. Capable and driven accounting professional, ideally AAT qualified or part qualified or qualified through experience.
