At Stanley House Hotel & Spa, we’re looking for a Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team, drive standards, and shape our food offering.
This is more than a support role; you’ll be a key part of the leadership team, working closely with the Executive Head Chef.

What you’ll be doing
* Supporting the Head Chef in running the kitchen day-to-day
* Leading service and ensuring consistency in quality and presentation
* Coaching and developing the team
* Managing food safety, compliance, and standards
* Contributing to menu development and innovation
What we’re looking for
* Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
* A hands‑on leader who leads by example
* Passion for consistency, quality, and presentation
* Strong organisational and people skills
