Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager located in Haywards Heath. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure timely and efficient services, manage and train staff, handle customer inquiries, and resolve complaints. They will work closely with the General Manager and Owner to develop and implement business strategies and maintain high service standards. Skills Strong leadership, management, and team coordination skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience in logistics, planning, and operational efficiency is beneficial but full training will be provided. Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly Ability to work independently and make critical decisions. Previous experience in the removal or logistics industry is a plus.
