What you'll be doing:
* Managing commercial frameworks for major clients, including contract negotiation and pricing agreements
* Developing and implementing commercial strategies aligned with company growth objectives
* Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities through business development efforts
* Driving expansion into new market sectors and geographies
* Performing cost analysis and margin assessments to drive profitability
* Leading the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts

What we want from you:
* HNC/HND or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
* Proven experience in a Commercial Manager or senior business development role within heavy industry sectors such as Power, EfW, Biomass, Cement, or Petrochemical
* Experience managing contracts, pricing, and negotiations, with exposure to framework agreements
* Strong commercial acumen with understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting
* Knowledge of industrial plant operations is beneficial; willingness to learn is essential
* Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office Suite
* Comfortable managing a dispersed team and supporting operations across the UK
