The Role
* Design, build, and ship features across the stack—frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
* Work primarily with [e.g., TypeScript, React, Node.js, Postgres, Python, and AWS/GCP]; help evolve the stack as the product scales.
* Build intuitive user experiences with modern frontend frameworks and tools.
* Architect backend systems, APIs, and services with scalability, performance, and simplicity in mind.
* Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automated testing.
* Collaborate closely with the founders, product, and design to prioritise and rapidly iterate on features.
* Talk to end user/clients directly, gather feedback, and translate it into product improvements.
* Make pragmatic tech decisions balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
* Lay the foundation for engineering best practices i.e. code quality, documentation, security, and testing.
* Help build and shape the early engineering team and culture.
What They Offer
* Meaningful equity. You’ll be treated like a true co-founder.

* Opportunity to shape a product from 0-1 with real-world impact.
* Flexibility, autonomy, and a culture of trust.
* Top of the range compensation & comprehensive health insurance.
