As HR Business Partner, you will support the UK & Ireland Commercial leadership team in talent management, performance management, employee and leadership development, employee relations, change management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will help develop and implement HR strategies aligned with global HR initiatives and organizational goals.
Responsibilities include:
* Consulting with leaders within the UK and European regions, mainly focusing on the Commercial business and supporting other lines of business.
* Applying change management strategies to support business transformation.
* Supporting organizational change and design by collaborating with senior management and HR colleagues.
* Partnering with the global HR team to deliver value-added services aligned with business objectives.
* Working with Talent & Organizational Capability COE to improve engagement, retention, and organizational performance.
* Managing TUPE projects and interfacing with relevant departments.
* Leading talent management, succession planning, performance management, and compensation processes.
* Collaborating with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities.
* Handling complex employee relations issues and conducting investigations.
* Leading HR or business projects related to organizational change and development.
* Providing coaching and counseling to employees and managers on sensitive issues.
Candidate profile:
* Senior HR experience in a business-facing role, with expertise in talent management and employee relations.
* Experience in change management and organizational development.
* Available for a 12-month contract commitment.
