Location: Petersfield, Hampshire
Contract: Full-time Fixed-Term - Maternity Cover
Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 (depending on experience)

In this role, you'll:
* Support monthly management accounts and regional financial reporting
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Work on ad hoc analysis, business cases, and tender evaluations
* Help drive financial insights and improvements across the organisation
* Collaborate with budget holders and provide financial guidance
What we're looking for
* A strong background in accounting (qualified or qualified by experience)
* Confident use of Excel and financial systems
* Great analytical skills with a proactive, detail-focused mindset
* Experience supporting non-finance colleagues with budgets or reports
