Booker Group are recruiting for a Supply Planner Promotions role based at our head office in Hemel Hempstead, Maxted Road, Hemel Hempstead HP2 7DX, and at Equity House, Wellingborough, Irthlingborough, NN8 1LT.
Once fully inducted, we offer hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 remote.
This role involves end-to-end planning and flow of stock for Promotion/Allocation activities into the distribution network, ensuring timely delivery to branches and customers.

Responsibilities
* Ensure maximum availability for event activities.
* Adhere to critical timescales and escalate issues appropriately.
* Manage stock flow from distribution centers to branches and customers.
* Load and release allocations accurately.
* Identify root causes of stock availability issues and communicate effectively.
* Analyze data to produce reports and provide recommendations.
* Respond to queries and support seasonal events and clearance activities.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage trading activities.
* Ensure compliance with GSCOP timelines and uphold the Business Code of Conduct.
Requirements
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and solve problems.
* Attention to detail, report writing, data interpretation, and accurate record-keeping.
* Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of relevant markets.
* Flexible work approach and quick learner of new technical skills.
* Experience in FMG is preferred but not essential; proven ability to work autonomously and with large data sets is required.
