What you’ll do day to day
* Develop integrated sales and aftersales solutions for the local business clients, maximising the business potential within the area of responsibility and ensuring each customer receives excellent customer service.
* Prospect and develop business customers in order to achieve maximum business customer retention.
* Represent the company in a professional manner and to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Comply with the FCA regulations and maintain regulated status in the advice, sale and administration of finance and general insurance products.
* Ensure compliance with Data Protection and General Data Protection Regulations when handling and processing customer personal data.
Helpful skills and qualifications

* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating the ability to achieve targets and build relationships.

* Exceptional listening and communication skills, focused on understanding customer needs.
* Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
