Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing all aspects of electrical work from Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV, Electrical rewires & carrying out EICR's in South/West Wales.
This role requires a strong understanding of electrical principles and the ability to work with both hand and power tools. The ideal Electrician will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or malfunctions.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
-18th Edition Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671.
-Initial Verification & Periodic Inspection and Testing 2391.
- Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and safety standards.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
