An in-house pensions team in London is looking for a Pensions Administrator with brilliant DB & DC experience to join the team.
Work in-house and develop your expertise… what you'll do
* Run day-to-day pension admin including calculations and record updates
* Handle retirements, transfers, AVCs, and deaths in service
* Manage pensioner payroll, increases, and HMRC notifications
* Respond to member enquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Support scheme events, auto-enrolment, and special projects
* Become a go-to expert in areas like divorce implementations or complex cases
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a similar pensions administration role
* Strong knowledge of both DB and DC schemes
* Up-to-date knowledge of pensions legislation and HMRC requirements relating to occupational pension schemes
* Accurate, organised, and confident handling of calculations and legislation
