Position Overview: As an Occupational Therapist Level 7 specializing in adult care, you will be responsible for: - DFG assessments - Moving and Handling cases specialist equipment provision - Supporting with Duty one day a week on a rotational basis - Monday to Friday working - Requires car for daily use - Hybrid working office attendance required 1 or 2 days a week in addition to community visits.
