We’re working with a welcoming secondary school in Stratford who are looking for a confident and committed English Teacher to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves their subject, enjoys building strong relationships with pupils, and wants to make a real impact in the classroom.
The role:
1. Teaching English across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)
2. Planning engaging, well-structured lessons that bring texts to life
3. Supporting pupils of mixed abilities to build confidence and progress
4. Working collaboratively with a supportive English department
5. Maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning
What we’re looking for:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
8. Experience teaching English in a UK secondary school
9. Strong classroom presence and clear behaviour management
10. A positive, professional approach and genuine passion for English
