Role Overview
Commercial Operations Support Analyst position reports to Commercial Operations Support Lead and is based in Reading, United Kingdom. This hybrid role focuses on commercial compliance and operations for Kenvue UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Trade Promotion System reporting
* Trade investment ledger management and invoice matching
* Audit claim management – managing existing claims and preventing future ones
* Claims for credits and damages
* Pricing – rebate loading and admin including reconciliation on a quarterly basis
* Aged accrual reviews and related post close commentary
* Accrual releases
* New line forms/admin related to new product development
* Transfer order management
* Sampling for audits
* Additional channel‑specific responsibilities as needed
* Process improvement initiatives
* Ad hoc work as per business needs
Desired Qualifications
* Professional Finance qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ACA, etc.)
* Degree level education or equivalent
* Proficient spoken and written English
* Process improvement mindset
* Experience managing and improving controls with audit and compliance teams
* Attention to detail
* Excellent communicator and collaborator
* Good systems knowledge and ability to understand technical details related to systems
