Job Description
3. Conduct thorough residential property surveys (level 2 and 3)
4. Produce accurate and comprehensive reports based on survey findings.
5. Adhere to all industry regulations and standards during inspections.
6. Communicate effectively with clients, answering any queries they may have.
7. Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
8. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes to regulations.
9. Work efficiently from home, managing your own workload and schedule.
10. Travel to properties within the Durham and Sunderland areas.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Residential Surveyor should have:
11. A degree in surveying or a related field.
12. RICS Accredited
13. Previous experience in the property industry, particularly within residential surveying.
14. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
15. Strong communication and customer service skills.
16. Ability to work effectively from home and manage their own workload.
17. A valid driving license for travel to properties.
