Rate: £55 - 60 per hour (umbrella)

About the Childcare Lawyer Role:
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a locum Childcare Lawyer to join a local authority based in the West Midlands. The role will be for an initial 3 month period with a strong possibility of this being extended.
Key Responsibilities of the Childcare Lawyer role:
* To act as a legal advisor
* Advise upon and conduct proceedings relating to the care and protection of children
* To provide legal advice and support services to clients
* To carry a caseload of predominantly public childcare care proceedings
* To advocate, when necessary, at the family courts once per week
The role will be a hybrid working arrangement whereby you will need to attend family courts in the West Midlands at in-person hearings on a weekly basis.
