The supply state-of-the-art fire safety ventilation products to the UK construction industry, typically via specialist ductwork and M&E contractors. From fire dampers and smoke control systems to fully compliant control units, their products are manufactured to the highest standards at our dedicated facility in the Czech Republic.

About the Role
This is not your average support role. As the Technical Sales Support, you’ll become a crucial link between the technical and commercial teams - ensuring customers receive the expert guidance they need to make the right decisions.
Fire safety is complex, and your customers rely on you for clarity and confidence. You’ll liaise directly with clients to understand their technical needs, ensure the correct products are specified, and support the sales and estimating teams with vital project information.
You'll develop a deep understanding of their product range and become confident speaking to both engineers and procurement professionals, delivering standout customer experiences across phone, email, and video calls.
What You’ll Do
* Build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through technical queries and product selection
* Collaborate with the Technical Manager and Estimating team to ensure proposals are accurate and aligned with client needs
* Provide technical insights that add real value to the sales process
* Offer internal technical support, sharing knowledge to help the wider team grow
* Stay curious—continually learning about products, standards, and the fire safety sector

Technical Skills:
* Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
* Ability to learn technical product knowledge and industry standards
