Purpose of role:
* Programme target surveillance inspection and audit requirements
* Quality check compliance and process card applications against scheme compliance criteria
* To programme CWISC, PAS2030, Trustmark, Concerns and Post Remediation target surveillance inspection requirements
Key Accountabilities:
Central Tasking
To programme the following work streams in line with target requirements:
* PAS2031 Surveillance.
* Concerns – Technical Inspections and Post Remediation Inspections.
* Quality inspections.
* CWISC Target Requirements.
* Retrospective Guarantee Inspections.
* CIGA-ISA 1-10 onsite Pre-Installation inspections.
* Installing Member Annual Audit.
Administration:
* Work to provide improvements to processes and procedures in the Central Tasking team.
* Take ownership of own personal development in line with changes to building certification/regulations.
* Operate in a manner that is consistent with good Health and Safety practice and does not present hazards to others.
* Maintain awareness of relevant H&S and other Regulations.
* Actively work to improve performance and quality.
* Other duties that may be allocated from your line manager from time to time.
Improvements and Change:
* Follow all CIGA Procedures and processes relevant to own role. Identify when changes and updates are required, raising these promptly with line manager.
* When required, lead and take responsibility for projects and making change happen, overcome barriers and ensure objectives are achieved.
* Develop and write work instructions and procedure when required.
Communication/Relationships:
* Communicate and work closely with managers and colleagues, building a team which supports each other and CIGA goals.
* Act as mentor and trainer to colleagues which required to do so.
* Participate to team meetings, contribute ideas and suggestion to develop CIGA products and customer service.
* Keep up to date with new development and changes at CIGA.
* Support CIGA goals and business objectives.
Knowledge, Skills and experience:
* Good communications and presentation skills.
* Possess good interpersonal skills.
* Have good documentation and administrative skills.
* Demonstrate good IT skills and ability to analyse data and prepare reports.
* Possess the ability to work unsupervised.
* Work towards and obtain in depth Knowledge of further extended role measures, as and when required to the specific role.
* Familiarity with Health & Safety issues
* Experience of Audit.
* NVQ business administration or equivalent.
* Audit qualification.
