* Assessing, tracking, and reporting on student progress to ensure strong academic outcomes.

* Creating a positive classroom environment that encourages participation and builds confidence in mathematical ability.

* Supporting students who require additional help through targeted intervention sessions.

* Collaborating with colleagues within the mathematics department to develop resources and share best practices.

* Participating in departmental meetings, school initiatives, and professional development opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
