The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.

Description
This role involves overseeing 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching—specialist areas requiring a dedicated point of contact. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, methodical, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The role ensures the team can support clients across all media globally. Key responsibilities include managing project deadlines and requirements, planning work schedules, maintaining records, and communicating updates effectively. Regular communication with Commercial/Project Managers, Team Leaders, and the Head of Art is essential to keep projects on track and ensure quality standards are met.
Accountabilities
* Receive briefs from various departments, plan, and oversee delivery of all image assets.
* Build positive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges and priorities to inform project planning.
* Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
* Assess the feasibility of creative work based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Gain thorough knowledge of client systems, review, and production processes.
* Ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget, with clear job status updates.
* Keep team members informed about project statuses.
* Support and motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Ensure briefs are accurate and detailed, with all necessary assets provided.
* Act as a communication bridge between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage account systems, including raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance work.
* Obtain approval for estimates before starting work.
* Issue invoices promptly and accurately.
Skills
Candidates should have at least 3+ years of planning and project management experience, ideally within a CG or Photography environment. An interest in CG and photography, along with a willingness to learn relevant software, is beneficial. The ideal candidate is a decision-maker with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, composure under pressure, a proactive attitude, and a positive, approachable demeanor.
