Who will I support?
Working with people with Learning Disabilities and autism involves appreciating their own personal journeys. Each day is an opportunity to engage in activities, whether it's enjoying a walk in the park and being out in the countryside, visiting a favourite café, cinema, bowling or pursuing personal interests. Your role is to inspire, support and promote independence while building a connection with them.
