Position
As a Customer Service Advisor, you\'ll act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering a friendly, professional experience and offering guidance across a variety of banking services and products.
Main Duties
* Provide outstanding customer support, ensuring every individual feels respected and understood.
* Identify and recommend products and services to suit customer needs.
* Encourage and assist customers in using digital and self-service options.
* Process transactions accurately while following all compliance and regulatory standards.
