Legal Secretary - Private Client - Ipswich
A Solicitors practice with a first rate reputation throughout the East Anglia area is looking to recruit a Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant to their growing and thriving private client team.
The successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate experience of working in a legal secretarial role ideally within a wills & probate team
The role will entail providing support to lawyers within the team by performing a range of duties which may include things such as opening and closing of files, preparation and sending out of initial paperwork, typing up of correspondence and relevant forms, dealing with incoming calls and advising or taking messages and other admin duties to contribute to the efficient running of this specialist team.
You will be expected to have strong IT skills including programmes such as word and excel as well as digital dictation.
In addition to the technical skills you will be personable and friendly in order to fit into the existing team as well as to be able to provide a high level of service to the clients that you come into contact with.
The firm will pay a good salary (based on experience) and this will be part of a strong overall package including private healthcare.
