Overview
Main Responsibilities: To deliver the professional greeting of clients and visitors to the highest standards. To monitor and manage the Winsor Suite car park. Maintain regular contact with the doorperson and other members of staff to ensure security is never compromised while Heathrow VIP service level standards are maintained. To assist in coordinating the day to day running of the building forecourt, entrance/exits and liaising between VIP, staff and visitors to ensure all relevant information is communicated correctly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a professional greeting to clients and visitors to the highest standards.
* Monitor and manage the Winsor Suite car park.
* Maintain regular contact with the doorperson and other staff to ensure security standards and Heathrow VIP service levels are maintained.
* Coordinate day-to-day running of the building forecourt, entrances/exits, and liaise between VIPs, staff and visitors to communicate information accurately and efficiently.

* Fixed term/Secondment until 31 January 2026
* Shift pattern of 4 on 2 off
* Shift times: 04:00 – 14:00 (Early) / 13:00 – 23:00 (Late)
