1. Ensure timely submission of quality and safety inspection reports across all sites, maintaining strict compliance standards.
2. Accurately maintain and organise high-integrity data using advanced spreadsheet tools.
3. Consolidate multi-source data into executive-ready dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights.
4. Engage site teams to secure updates, resolve outstanding reports, and drive on-time compliance, ensuring deadlines are met.
Essential Requirements:
5. Exceptional excel skills.
6. Experience with construction or property would be advantageous.
7. Confidence with working with spreadsheets and data.
8. Excellent communication skills to ensure coordination with different teams.
