As an Area Manager, you’ll be part of our Executive Leadership Team, helping to shape the future of the organisation. You’ll bring a clear understanding of the challenges facing modern Fire & Rescue Services, alongside the vision and confidence to turn those challenges into opportunities. With responsibility spanning leadership, resource management, and strategic planning, you’ll play a key role in delivering our Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP)
