Senior Project Manager - High End Fit Out/New Build/Joinery

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and deliver a landmark fit-out project for a dynamic and innovative specialist interior fit-out contractor.
The Role:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in new build and fit-out projects, along with a third-level qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience in a similar Project Management role. You will be commercially astute, with excellent leadership, people management, and negotiation skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure resources are in place to meet deadlines.
* Establish and manage project budgets, delivering within financial targets.
* Ensure all work meets client specifications and quality standards, including implementation of Control Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
* Maintain compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
* Manage all project resources effectively, including staff, labour, plant, materials, subcontractors, and internal departments.
* Set clear targets, reporting procedures, and monitor team and stakeholder performance.
* Act as the primary liaison with clients, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Ensure contractual obligations are met and maintain accurate project records.
* Implement and uphold company Operations and Safety Management Procedures.
* Undertake other responsibilities as required by senior management.
