1. Answer calls within 3 rings according to company guidelines
2. Pass messages on efficiently
3. Running campaigns to existing customers
4. Following up on new leads that come in
Cold Calling
5. Phone the companies provided
6. Follow the scripts
7. Call at a minimum rate of 100 calls/day. Target 140+ calls/day.
8. Have a minimum of 20 meaningful conversations/day
9. Book a minimum of 1 demo/day. Target 3/day for Sales Team
10. Send email confirmations and further information as requested.
11. Add notes to HubSpot for each call
12. Schedule the demo within 7 days of the call
13. Complete the tick sheet at the end of each day
14. Update the Sales Manager each day with demos booked and the days results

15. Complete Tasks and Scheduled Calls on time
16. Complete Opportunities for each demo done
