From design to implementation, their integrated teams ensure exceptional quality across mechanical and electrical projects.\n\nRoles/Responsibilities\n\nManage mechanical design projects ranging from £100,000 to £10 million.\nLead full-cycle design efforts from initial brief to final documentation.\nCollaborate with Contract Management, Estimating, and CAD/BIM teams.\nDesign systems including domestic services, HVAC, ventilation, public health, and comfort cooling.\nEnsure regulatory compliance, particularly HTM standards.\nConduct site surveys, meet with clients and consultants, and present technical designs.\nSupport project delivery through strong documentation and team coordination.Qualifications\n\nMinimum 10 years of experience in Mechanical Design (Building Services).\nHNC/HND or Degree in Building Services Engineering.\nProficient in building services design software.\nKnowledge of CAD/BIM, Revit, and estimating tools (e.g., MS Project, Asta Powerproject).\nStrong grasp of BMS and control systems.\nExcellent communication, time management, and presentation skills.\nAble to commute daily to Croydon, Surrey (within 45–60 minutes preferred).Benefits\n\nCompetitive salary of £55,000–57,000, based on experience.\nDiscretionary performance bonuses.\n30 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays).\nAuto-enrolment pension scheme.\nIn-service life insurance.\nAccess to a private health scheme.\nProfit-sharing through employee ownership after 12 months.Reach out today to explore this opportunity to lead and innovate in mechanical design
