IT Analyst
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Belfast, BT5
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Onsite
We're looking for a proactive and skilled IT Analyst to join our clients team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, supporting colleagues, and getting involved in a wide range of IT projects that help drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the Company IT Help Desk and provide technical support to internal users
* Maintain and administer company hardware and software on a daily basis
* Deliver internal user training and support for the company ERP system and Microsoft Office 365
* Manage and implement IT projects to improve business efficiency
* Support the implementation of cybersecurity measures
* Prepare IT-related reports to support all business departments
Please note: This is not an exhaustive list, and you may be asked to carry out other duties aligned with the company's objectives.
Essential Requirements
* 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including Maths, ICT, and English (or equivalent)
* Strong IT skills across hardware and software
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (user and admin)
* Working knowledge of Windows Server, including Active Directory and Exchange email server
* Flexible and eager to learn new technologies
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and a team‑oriented approach
Desirable Requirements
* A' Level or equivalent in a STEM-related subject
* Experience in a similar role within a packaging or manufacturing environment
* Microsoft Server training/certifications (including Exchange or equivalent)
* Knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, or EFI Radius
* Experience with BI dashboards
