Job Summary: This role involves managing core HR operations in the region, focusing on employee relations investigations and HR administration. Note:
This position is part-time telework according to our global policy and may require at least three days per week in person at the office or project site, with schedules determined collaboratively. Major Responsibilities: Provide guidance on employee relations issues in line with policies and laws. Manage workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Facilitate ER training for managers and staff. Support redundancy and restructuring processes per UK employment law and company policy. Oversee leave management, including annual, sick, and parental leaves. Advise on leave policies and processes, including family-related leaves. Review and update HR policies in line with legislative changes. Guide on work visa requirements, compliance, and related HR/payroll processes. Support regional HR activities such as onboarding, redeployment, and separations. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with UK experience. CIPD certification or equivalent. Skills and Knowledge: Extensive experience handling employee investigations. Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. High attention to detail, discretion, and handling sensitive information.
