About the Role
You’ll be based in our friendly home in Flackwell Heath, supporting six male adults with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible. Responsibilities include teaching life skills, attending appointments, sharing hobbies, and engaging in community activities.
Our residents enjoy diverse activities, from volunteering to hobbies like Lego and cooking, both inside and outside the home. You will encourage local engagement and help build a safe, trusting environment, including medication and intimate care administration, respecting their independence and choices.
