Job Description
Role Title: EBS Techno-Functional Consultant
* Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Recruitment, OTM, OLC based on business requirements.
* Gather, analyze, and document HR processes to translate them into functional and technical specifications.
* Support integrations and data migration between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems.
* Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshoot issues, run testing cycles SITUAT, and ensure system stability.
* Lead enhancements, updates, and quarterly releases, ensure defect resolution, stabilization, and BAU support.
